One workshop, four disciplines: CNC-machined parts, carbon fiber prepreg layups, small-batch woodcraft and cast resin work — built to a drawing or built from a conversation. Photos of finished work coming soon — placeholder swatches shown below.

Years in the sailing yacht industry

Marine subcontracting

Alongside our own projects, we work as a subcontractor to sailing yacht builders and yards — bringing 25 years in the industry to CNC-machined fittings, carbon fiber layups, interior joinery and cast resin work built to marine tolerances and finished to survive salt water.

What we make

Four material disciplines under one roof, each run by the same standard: fit right the first time.

CNC machining

Parts cut to a drawing, not a guess

Aluminum, brass, hardwood and composite sheet, routed and milled from CAD files to tolerances tight enough for jigs, fixtures, enclosures and finished hardware.

Carbon fiber prepreg

Light parts that hold their shape

Layups cut, stacked and cured under heat and pressure for brackets, panels and one-off components that need to be stiff and light at the same time.

Woodcraft

Small-batch pieces, built the slow way

Boxes, fixtures and furniture pieces joined, hand-sanded and finished with oil or wax rather than pushed through a production line.

Resin pours

Cast surfaces finished glass-clear

Epoxy tabletops, river tables and inlay work — poured, degassed and levelled, then sanded and polished to a clear, durable surface.

How a job runs

The same four stages whether it's one bracket or a full run.

1

Consult & design

We talk through the part, the material and what it needs to survive — then sketch or model it.

2

Program & prepare

CAM toolpaths, layup schedules or mould prep, depending on which process the part calls for.

3

Make

Cut, laid up, poured or built by hand on the shop floor, checked against the drawing as we go.

4

Finish & deliver

Deburred, sanded, oiled or polished as the material calls for, then boxed up and handed over.
